For some reason, A&T refused to publicize its Spring Game
If officials at A&T were hoping to keep fans in the dark about this year's spring football game, they were largely successful. Only a few hundred people came out to Aggie Stadium on April 12 to watch the Boyz N Blue conclude their spring camp with a two-hour controlled scrimmage. The event featured no promotions, rosters, PA announcers, yard markers or even goal posts for that matter.
A few players stood out- like junior running back Nigel Tomlin, but with not even a operating scoreboard to look at, it was impossible to determine which side emerged victorious. The clear loser that afternoon were any diehard fans who wanted to find out how much their favorite football team had improved since last season.
